Reiji and Happi attended professional photo stoot in Botanic Garden.

In this picture, he is already 6 and half months old. They have fun enjoyable photos shoot in Botanic Garden on 24th of sept 2009. All are tired out after this enjoyable event. Just look at the photo can tell that REiji and Happi are very good buddy. They love and take care of each other well.

Reiji Loves watching TV especially Animal Planet. He also like musical programs, especially English Soul Songs.
He likes to watch those baby animals show which the mom brings the pups around. Also interested in gang shooting show.
He will turn around to look at me if he know I am filming him. Very Cute boy.

Reiji has some creativity. He will line his toys in straight line like the picture above. He will keep all his favourite toys on his comfortable bed.

Time for Training

Reiji has attended private home training lessons. He is doing well know basic command such as SIT, STAY, STAND, DOWN and HEAL.

A Treasure fan of beautiful memories of loved ones.

Singapore is so HOT above 30 degree celius everyday. Reiji just cannot take the heat as he comes from the other side of the climate where they are having winter. He had adopted Benji's habit, to sleep, eat and play infront of a fan. He just cannot live without this fan. This fan is of sentimentle value, it is used by my nephew Huei Rong in his childhood day. It was later passed to Benji where he used it for 14 years. now it has become Reiji's favourite.
This is a super fan that has last more then 20 years. There is some damages as once benji trip over the wire and the fan fallen. When Benji passed away and I asked Happi where is Benji? She is so cute and ran to the fan and pointed the fan's wire. It was bought my my dad as my dad had also passed away. It had become our treasure fan, even there is some damages but we still keep it. It is a fan that constantly reminds me of my beautiful memories of my dad and Benji.

Reiji miss his mom, so he pick up a phone book and searching for her number. But he just cannot find it, so he end up tearing up all the pages.

Reiji's real mommy is called Jorja, she had Won her NZ title with 8 CCs from 9 times shown. she has qualified for the Supreme Show Dog Puppy Contest & thus established the record of being the 5th direct generation to achieve this feat.

Reiji's dad is Coppers,this is his outstanding award:By 12 mths old Cooper had won 6 CCs & a Best Baby Puppy in Show, 3 Best Puppy in Show and 3 Best of Group awards.



A stunning boy who finished his title at 13.5mths old and became the 10th dog made up by us in a period of 12 months! His best is yet to come.

Love at first sight

It was Love at first sight for us. When I picked him out from the crate and whole him tight. He was so sweet that give me a kiss on my face. It seems like we have know each other for so long, he forgotten his litter mate and just want to follow us home.

Finally Reiji is home on 16th June 2009

Just cannot explained the joy of having him here. There is no direct fight from New Zealand to Singapore. So he will have to transit from Australia , it will cost him about 10 hours journey which will be very stressful for a puppy at the age of 12 weeks. Luckily he had a little brother, Odi accompany him on the journey to another owner.

I am worry that the long journey will make him feel sick but when I first meet him at the cargo terminal, he was very active and lively.

I called out his name and he seems to recognised me and set his eyes on me whenever I go. I quickyly feed him some water and foods to perk up their energy.

Then I have a good look at him, Reiji is gorgeous looking and very active. It is the perfect personality that I like

Origin and Meaning of the Name Reiji means Courteous child.
It is a Japanese name Reiji may be written with the characters for "salute; bow; ceremony; thanks" (rei) and "newborn babe; child" (ji). Other possibilities include "salute; bow; ceremony; thanks" (rei) and "director; official; administer" or "history; chronicle" for 'ji'.

Reiji in Reiki term means "Indication of the Spirit", spiritual guidance in the placing of hand of give treatment.

Rei means Bow, bt Bowing you show respect,couteous and gratitude-to person, concept, spiritual and also to ourselves.

Ji means in chinese is continous of love.

Thats why I name this fortunate puppy Reiji to show my gratitude and thanks the universe to give me this little baby. It also show my love to Benji(my beloved corgi who had been like a an Angel to guide and love me for the past 14 years). It will be a continous of love and my deep passion for this special breed.

Reiji is born on the day when Benji passed away for 100 days. I find it is very auspicious and a special bond to this puppy. Of course he may not be Benji but I will love him just as much as Benji.

Ever since Benji left me, I felt my life just not whole, a big part of me had died too. It was tough for me with life without Benji but luckily I have Happi( my adopted Cairn Terrier), a loving angel that accompany through darkness of my life.
I decided to have another corgi when I picked up myself. It been a long seach for me to look for another corgi till fate bring us in for Reiji and me.

It is a new begining for both of us. I treasure this special gifts and again I will like to thank the universe and the breeder Mrs Lesley Chamler for making my dream comes through.
